How to use
Step 1
Apply in the shower on wet hair, after you have fully rinsed out your shampoo.
STEP 2
Rake through your curls to ensure each one is evenly coated.
STEP 3
Use your fingers or a detangling tool to gently remove all knots.
Step 4
Leave on for 10-30 minutes, then rinse well and proceed with your Curlsmith® leave-in conditioner and styler.

- How often would I out recommend using this if you only wash your hair once a week?
- You can use it as often as you like! If your hair is particularly dry and in need of a moisture boost, you could use it every wash (once a week in your case). If your curls are in good condition and you don’t need intense moisture, using it every 2-3 weeks is enough to maintain softness and hydration.
- Is this safe for color-treated hair?
- All of our products are safe for colour treated hair.
- Can I use the rinse-out conditioner (e.g., Shine Conditioner and Essential Moisture) before or after the Double Cream Deep Quencher)? Also, should I rinse off with cool water?
- After shampooing, you would use either a regular rinse out conditioner or the Double Deep Cream Quencher (which is a mask) once a week. You wouldn't use a rinse-out and mask on the same. Rinse out with warm water.
- Will leaving the conditioner on for an hour damage your hair? Is 30 minutes the absolute recommended max?

- We do not advise to use as a leave in! We do have products designed to leave in, such as the Weightless Air Dry Cream
- Do you recommend the double creme deep quencher or the hydro creme soothing mask for low porosity , frizzy/dry wavy hair? I am debating between these two after reading the reviews of both.
- I would recommend the Hydro Creme Soothing Mask, this is a very hydrating deep conditioner, great for any hair type. It is light weight so will not weigh down lower porosity / wavy hair
- What is the pH of this product?
- We have designed all our products to be gentle on the scalp and safe for everyday use. The scalp has a ph balance of between 4.5 and 5.5, so we made our products with a ph of 5 to cater to all different scalp needs.
