Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days once your order has been processed.

Holiday Shipping Cut-Off Dates

To get your goodies in time for Christmas, please order by the following dates:

Cancellations

We know plans change, but due to the high volume of orders, we’re unable to change or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

Easy, Free Returns

Not quite what you expected? No worries!
If you’d like to return an item, just chat with us or email hello@curlsmith.com with your order number. We’ll send you a FREE return label and guide you through the process.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.*
If anything arrives damaged, email us with photos of the item and packaging—we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If you are returning an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your expense.

Please note:
  • Items purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Week/Last chance to buy promos are excempt from out money back guarantee 
  • We can only accept returns from purchases made directly on our website
  • Tools and accessories are exempt from our money-back guarantee

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they’re defective or damaged.
Just send us an email at hello@curlsmith.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Missing Shipments

Most orders arrive within 5 business days. If it’s been longer and your package hasn’t arrived, let us know within 20 days of your order date. If tracking shows your package is lost, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
If tracking shows the package was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.

To stay protected after delivery, we highly recommend selecting Route Parcel Protection at checkout. This low-cost insurance covers lost or stolen packages even after delivery has been confirmed—giving you extra peace of mind.
