    Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
    Once processed, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returning items valued over $100?
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at your own expense for added protection.

We’re happy to exchange items that arrive defective or damaged.

📦 Missing Shipments

  • Most orders arrive within 5 business days after processing.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 20 days of your order date.
If tracking shows:
  • ✅ Lost in transit: We’ll issue a refund or replacement.
  • 📍 Marked as delivered: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement.
