Rub the product between your hands and apply on soaking wet hair.
Use the “raking/praying hands method” to evenly spread the product throughout your strands.
Select your desired styling method (scrunch/fingercurls/shingle) to enhance and define.
Air dry or diffuse. Avoid touching your hair excessively while drying as this will create frizz. Once completely dry, scrunch to 'break the light cast' using an oil or serum to make your hair soft and bouncy.

"I prefer a fluffy curl with no cast but wanted a small bit of frizz control when diffusing. I gambled on gel (especially strong hold) because it’s fragrance free but I’m pleasantly surprised! I dilute a tiny tiny pea size in wet hands and smooth over wet leave in. Diffused hair is so soft and flexible without being too shiny or stiff. It’ll last me forever too."

"I’ve almost finished my first bottle of this. My routine is very simple. I wash and condition my hair then i put my hair up for about 2 minutes then spray the Curlsmith heat protector on and brush it through. Then I use the Strong Hold Gel, squeezing some on to my hands and spraying a little bit of water and rubbing it between my hands. I’ll use praying hands and then scrunch it into every hair. I’ll micro plop then repeat the gel step using a little less, them diffuse until almost dry. I then will put the Flawless Curlsmith harspray. This gel really defines my curls as well as giving it enough volume. I can comfortably wear my curls for 2 days using these products. Before i was styling my hair every day. Highly recommend this product and using it with other Curlsmith products."

"I bought this strong hold gel but was scared to use it. I previously tried the in-shower style fixer but left my hair too hard and feeling weird that I returned it. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good cast, which is why I bought this gel. This one, on the other hand is soft. It leaves no cast, which I usually dislike but leaves good curl definition. "I have fine 3A curls and really dislike fragranced hair products, so this gel is fantastic because it has no scent and it provides an super strong cast that results in fantastic, long-lasting hold to my curls. The product out of the bottle is very thick, so I do add a tiny bit of water water to it to provide more slip when I rake it through my hair. It's the only gel I use and a little goes a long way, so one large bottle last a long time. Great value for money!"
"I had never figured out a good routine for my hair and I always felt like I looked sort of like I had gone through a tornado with my hair frizzy and seeming to have a mind of its own. Enter Curlsmith Fragrance Free Stong Hold Gel. This stuff is incredible. I often only use this as a styler although sometimes I use a cream beforehand. It has the most incredible hold and yet once it dries and I scrunch it out- super soft bouncy curls! I also get headaches from strong scents sometimes so having a fragrance free hair gel that doubles as the best gel I’ve ever used is a no-brainer. I will never buy any other gel.
