"I never received my order with my samples or travel size diffuser, neither the shipping company and Curlsmith is willing to help me out as I do not own a ring camera to provide footage. Very disappointed as I paid extra for shipping protection and have heard nothing but great things about their products. Will not be recommending this brand to any of my curl haired friends anymore."

"I placed my order 5/27 and it’s now 6/10. My order has been sitting in a FedEx shipping-way station for over a week. My communication with Curlsmith indicates that they can do nothing until 15 days post arrival at the way/station. That will make it close to 3 weeks if I get a replacement order. Love the products but the service is horrible. This is the second time I’ve had shipping issues with Curlsmith; it appears not to be a fluke but a pattern. I’m sure I have options."
"I used this on my 8-year-old daughter, who has curly hair and tends to get a lot of dryness and frizz around the front hairline. I applied the product mainly around the front edges and throughout the top section where her curls get the driest. Her hair felt noticeably more hydrated and soft after using it, and it helped control the frizz really well, even after a full school day, her curls still looked much smoother than usual. I also liked that it didn’t weigh her curls down. Definitely a great option for kids with curly hair that needs extra moisture and frizz control."
