"I've used the Frizz Control Cleanser once, in place of my typical shampoo for product build-up. It was gentle and seemed to really leave my fine, curly hair clean. It has not impacted any frizz my hair shows, which may come from my hair drying technique - a work in progress! - plus living in an environment with high humidity."
"I never received my order with my samples or travel size diffuser, neither the shipping company and Curlsmith is willing to help me out as I do not own a ring camera to provide footage. Very disappointed as I paid extra for shipping protection and have heard nothing but great things about their products. Will not be recommending this brand to any of my curl haired friends anymore."

"I placed my order 5/27 and it’s now 6/10. My order has been sitting in a FedEx shipping-way station for over a week. My communication with Curlsmith indicates that they can do nothing until 15 days post arrival at the way/station. That will make it close to 3 weeks if I get a replacement order. Love the products but the service is horrible. This is the second time I’ve had shipping issues with Curlsmith; it appears not to be a fluke but a pattern. I’m sure I have options."
